My Eagle Scout Service Project was carried out on February 21, 2010 at Gulliver Pinecrest Preparatory School. The project included removing the existing landscaping, planting 1222 plants, and building wooden borders around the existing beds. All the beds were weeded and mulched. In addition, we placed 500 square feet of sod by the front entrance and restrung a line for a 30 foot flagpole. I would like to thank Gulliver Schools for allowing me the opportunity to complete my Eagle Scout Service Project at the Pinecrest campus. Gulliver Schools was very satisfied with the outcome of the beautification and landscaping project.
I would very much like to thank all of those who came out on a Sunday and to all those who donated to my project. I would like to give a special thanks to my family, Mr. and Mrs. Lancaster, Mr. Cooper, Mr. Jenson, Mr. and Mrs. Schwartz, Mr. Adamson, Mr. De Aguiar, Dr. Chakko and Mrs.Yousefi. Thanks also to Chris L. and Jason C. for helping me prepare for my project. Thanks to the entire Dragon Patrol who supported me! Mr. and Mrs. Ziska deserve thanks for guiding and supporting me. I would also like to thank BJ’s, Home Depot, Offerdahl’s, Dunkin' Donuts, Carrabba’s and Ms. Lisa Judy for their generous donations.
